The law requires all Councillors to complete a Register of Interest Form in accordance with the requirements set out in the Localism Act 2011 and the Current Code of Conduct. These include:
Councillors also have to declare any gifts or hospitality that they have received in their capacity as a councillor which exceeds the value of £25.00.
The Code of Conduct and the Register of Gifts and Hospitality are all public documents and can be viewed at The Deane House, Taunton, Somerset TA1 1HE between 9.00am and 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 16.30pm on Fridays.
