Speaking at planning meetings

You are welcome to attend meetings and listen to the discussion. If you wish to speak at the meeting, you will need to contact the Democratic Services Officer before the meeting to register to speak.

You can make your comments after the Planning Officer has presented his report. The Chairman of the Planning Committee will ask you to speak when the relevant application is being discussed.

Your time to speak is limited to three minutes. If there are a large number of attending to speak about a particular item, a representative should be chosen to speak on behalf of the group. You can check the planning meetings list to understand on which dates meetings will be held.
