To obtain a list of Registrations, addresses, including a clearly marked plan, should be emailed into us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will be able to accept up to 6 addresses at a time and we will allocate a date that we hope to be able to return the Search results by. The results will be an unrefined extract from the Register, and will be returned to an email address provided by yourselves.
The information obtained by a Personal Search agent from public registers is not guaranteed by the Local Authority. The search result is not certified by a Local Authority and any compensation claims would need to be made through the Personal Search company that completed the search.
If you wish to access data to answer CON29 questions yourself, you can apply for access to property related information under the Environmental Information Regulation 2004 (EIR).
This can be a lengthier process and we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of reliance upon, or use of, information obtained as a result of personal searches.
To personally inspect these records, in some instances an appointment will be necessary. Additionally, please be aware that the public bodies concerned have 20 working days within which to make information available to you under EIR. They may be unable to guarantee inspection at a particular time or date.
It is the enquirers responsibility to find out from each data-owning department/organisation whether or not a fee is payable for access in accordance with the EIR.
