The Pay & Display car parks are located around the town centre and split into three main charge bands:

Shopper1 (most central)
Shopper 2 (less central)
Commuter (furthest out)

The charges are set to ensure shoppers and visitors are able to find spaces in the more central areas, with commuters encouraged to park all day in the outer car parks.
