I am moving to a new address within the Taunton Deane area

We have introduced a shortened 'Change of Address' (1344 KB) claim form for when you change address.

Complete and return the form to The Benefits Service, The Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1ZB.

On request we can now produce these leaflets in braille, audio tapes or large print text.
