Why am I only getting a Payment on Account?

We have made a payment on account to you to help prevent you from going into rent arrears and having your landlord take any action against you. We must make a payment to you within 14 days of getting your claim where:

1. We can't make a decision on your claim and;
2. The reason we can't is not your fault.
