The Senior Building Control Officer is a consultant
to the Licensing Department and carries out annual inspections to
check on fire issues and related items.
The licensing inspection covers such things as;
1. Means of escape in case of fire
2. Fire Fighting equipment
3. Fire doors
4. Fire resistance of soft furnishings
5. Sanitary accomodation
6. Disabled access, and
7.Permitted occupancy |
