Design and installation of electrical installations

All new electrical wiring or electrical components for a house, flat (including common areas of flats or small commercial premises that are supplied from the same electrical intake as the living accommodation) and any garden lighting and power and electrical supplies to sheds and green houses must be designed, installed and tested in accordance with Part P of the Building Regulations.
