Variation of a premises
licence if not determined within 2 months of receipt of the application
deemed refused, right of Appeal to Magistrates Court.
Representations may be made
by a responsible authority or interested party at any time during the period
of 28 consecutive days starting the day after the day on which the application
was given by the applicant to the Local Authority.
Notice must be displayed in a prominent place for 28 consecutive days.
Police wish to make a representation
must do so within 28 days to LA and applicant.
Premises licence, provisional
statement, variation premises licence, vary premises licence and specify
individual as premises supervisor, transfer of premises licence, review
of premises licence(*), club premises licence, personal licence. Hearing
must commence 20 working days beginning with the day after the end
of the period allowed for representations.
