A call out fee of £20.80 will be charged if the customer does not honour a pre-arranged appointment.

The subsidised charge will only apply if the main householder or their partner is in receipt of Income Based Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support or Guaranteed Pension Credit.

Domestic contracts are available for the treatment of rats and mice for £50.00 per year.

Commercial contracts are available for the treatment of rats, mice, fleas, bedbugs and cockroaches. Contracts are competitively priced on an individual basis using an hourly rate and material costs.

Where paid quarterly the total amount payable to the local authority will be increased by £34. There is no extra fee payable to the Environment Agency where quarterly payments are made.

In the case of a discharge consent local authority permit, 56% of the annual charge that would be payable under the Environment Agency Discharges to Controlled Waters Charges Scheme in relation to the financial year if the discharge or discharges authorised by the permit were permitted by a consent given or served by the Environment Agency under Part III of the Water Resources Act 1991, is payable to the Environment Agency.
