Please note that you should not use this facility for requesting Priority 1 or Emergency Repairs. This type of repair must be reported using the following telephone numbers:-
- For emergency repairs between 5:00pm and 8:30am, call (01823) 351411.
- For emergency repairs during normal working hours, call (01823) 356333.
NB. Please have your rent reference handy. If you are a private owner of an ex-Council-owned property, you will be unable to request repairs via the website at this time. Please call the above relevant number.
