The Housing Standards Team offers advice, inspection and enforcement services for Private Rented Housing, including Houses in Mutiple Occupation (HMOs). We can help with disrepair, management, gas and electrical safety, overcrowding and fire safety.
Informal links between the Team members, local Landlords and Tenants are maintained by a regular liaison and consultation. Meetings are held regularly to discuss any issues of interest.
