Taunton Deane Borough Council is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology and including those who have visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments. Speech-enabled browsing
We have enabled our site to be used with Texthelp Systems Browsealoud speech-enabled software. Browsealoud is a free tool that enables website content to be heard. Speech enabling our website provides an additional way of accessing content for people who find it difficult to read. This includes those with learning disabilities or dyslexia, those whom English is not their first language or anyone with visual impairment.
