The Economic Development Department develops and implements policy and services promoting economic growth and attracting investment. The four main service areas are Tourism, Business Development, Arts, and Rural Development.

Tourism

The Tourism Unit provides business advice, support and marketing opportunities in partnership with the Somerset Tourism Project Team. The unit provides visitors with information and advice on where to stay, places to visit, what's on, leisure activities and travel.
