Development Control Management Policies
This document forms part of this Council's Local Development Framework. The Issues and Options stage (Regulation 25) has been prepared jointly with the other four Somerset Districts, with Project management provided by Baker Associates.
Consultation on this stage of the Plan's preparation took place for eight weeks between Thursday 26th April 2007 and Thursday 21st June 2007.
The Development Control document is available to view on the Limehouse website (external link). Choose 'Development Management Policies'.
Work on the Development Management Policies document will be rolled into the Core Strategy Preferred Option DPD (Regulation 26), which will be published in February 2009.
The timetable for preparing all the Local Development Framework documents is contained in the Local Development Scheme (LDS).
