Local Plan documents: viewing and purchase

There is a range of material available from the Forward Plan Unit. This includes the Taunton Deane Local Plan, supplementary planning guidance and monitoring documents. The range of available information includes cost of purchase and postage. All local plan related documents are available for purchase at The Deane House. However, documents can be sent to you via the post. A covering letter should be sent which details your request, accompanied by a cheque made payable to "Taunton Deane Borough Council" for the appropriate amount. The documents will be sent out upon receipt of the cheque. Alternatively documents are available for public inspection free of charge at:

The Clerks to the Parish and Wellington Town Councils and the Chairpersons of Parish Meetings were sent copies of the Taunton Deane Local Plan (adopted version) in September 2005 and these may be available for inspection upon request.
