WHEN: Please ensure your refuse and recycling is ready for collection by 7 am on your collection day - collection times may vary.

WHERE: Please place your bins and box at the edge of your property nearest the road
where these can easily be seen. Please be considerate and do not obstruct the pavement.

| PAPER |
|
| Newspapers, magazines, telephone directories, junk mail, Yellow Pages. Stack all paper together in your box to prevent littering. |
Cardboard |
| FOOD & DRINKS CANS |

| Please wash out. |

| ALUMINIUM FOIL |
|
| Take-away containers, baking foil, milk bottle tops. Clean foil only please, squash together & put in a separate bag. |
Crisp packets, plastic or paper-backed foil. |
| Glass |

| Bottles and jars only, please rinse out. |
Lids or tops, broken glass, Pyrex, window glass, tableware, light bulbs. |
| CLOTHES |
|
| Put in a separate bag to keep dry & mark/label bag 'textiles'. |
Duvets or pillows. Please don't put clothes out on a wet day. |
| SHOES |
|
| Tie together in pairs & put in a separate bag to keep dry. |
|
| CAR BATTERIES & ENGINE OIL |
|
| Please place domestic vehicle batteries next to your recycling box and engine oil in a sealed upright container marked 'oil'. |
