You can pay your rent direct from your bank or building society. You can pay Friday weekly, Monday fortnightly or monthly. You can pay on our website. Payments can be made using your debit or credit card. You will need to quote your rent reference number.
You can pay 24 hours a day by using your debit or credit card on 01823 356598. You will need your rent reference number and postcode.

You will need to bring your swipe card to pay. You can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Make cheques payable to Taunton Deane Borough Council quoting your rent reference number and your name and address on the back of the cheque. The machine will issue you with a receipt.

Make cheques payable to Taunton Deane Borough Council. Write your rent reference number, as detailed on your rent swipe card, on the back of your cheque along with your name and address. Please do not send your rent swipe card or cash. We will only issue a receipt if you ask for one.
You can pay using your rent swipe card free of charge at any Post office in this country. Simply hand in your payment to the cashier along with your swipe card. Make cheques payable to Post Office Ltd. The cashier will return the card along with a receipt for you to keep. It takes 4 working days for a payment made at the Post Office to show on your rent account.
