Notification of interest

If you have a property interest in a premises that holds a premises licence, you are able, under the Licensing Act 2003, to register an interest so that you are notified when there are changes to the licence.

You may only register a notification of interest in respect of a premises if one or more of the following applies to you:

You can register your interest online. Alternatively you can download the notification of interest form and, once completed, send it to us along with the fee of £21.

Once we have received and checked your form, it will be signed by a member of our team and then returned to you. You will also receive a receipt for the fee.

A notification of interest lasts a full calendar year. When in place, you will be notified of any changes to the licence held by the premises you have an interest in, for example a variation of the licence or change in licence holder.

We will return your notification within two weeks.
